An integral component of the Arbor^TM 5.5 Intelligent Chute Infrastructure. It is designed to enhance fire safety and operational control within vertical garbage chute systems deployed in high-rise buildings.

HOW IT WORKS

Detects smoke or change in air quality
Sends signal to Master Control
Sends network-wide broadcast setting all Floor Modules on Fire Mode
All doors lock automatically
Fan turns OFF automatically
Actuates 24V spring-loaded actuator rapidly closing Fire Cut-Off Door (FCD), isolating the waste bin from the chute
